The Biblical Academic Quality Control System (BAQCS), Israel, is a non-profit organization with tax exemption privileges incorporated within the World Peace Biblical Council (WPBC), Israel. It is registered as a corporation with offices in Israel and Seoul. The organization pursues the following objectives:

 

  1. Development and implementation of academic activities and support for biblical languages.

  2. Grants for research, scholarships for research, and other subsidies related to academic research.

  3. Maintenance and operation of headquarters and executive committee offices, compensation for the head of the headquarters, and support for research organizations focused on academic activities and biblical studies.

  4. Support for domestic and international exchanges and collaborations related to academia and the Bible.

  5. Provision of facilities and conveniences for academic activities and biblical studies for universities, academic societies, and researchers.

  6. Investigation, collection, and management of necessary information materials for academic research and biblical studies.

  7. Installation and operation of an academic information center and a biblical information center.

  8. Evaluation and utilization of research results in academia and biblical studies.

  9. Conducting research related to academic promotion.

  10. Investigation, analysis, evaluation, and statistical management of support for university research and the administration of theological and biblical universities worldwide.

  11. Support for securing excellent professorial personnel.

  12. Registration tasks for conferences and societies.

  13. Establishment, operation, and management of scholarship funds.

  14. Provision and lending of academic funds.

  15. Installation and operation of facilities such as dormitories.

  16. Real estate leasing and other profit-generating activities to achieve the objectives of this organization.

  17. Support for the Brain World 21 project.

  18. Support for strengthening the capabilities of global theological universities and graduate schools, and the World Peace Academy - Mega City Innovation project.

  19. Other matters related to the promotion of academia and support for academic funds.
