5. The Academy encourages various forms of education, such as assisting those in need, environmental conservation, safety education, disaster management education, technical education, and resilience training.
6. The Academy is operated with a focus on missionary-communication officers at all levels.
7. After internal education and training, the Academy awards graduation certificates, qualifications certificates.

역사적 기원
1961년, 미국 제 35대 대통령인 John F. Kennedy 와 그를 16년 지지하고 보좌한 미국 9선 하원의원 의장인 Robert L. Leggett 박사가 미합중국에 평화자원봉사단 (Peace Corps Volunteer Service Inc. in United States of America)을 발족 시키었다.
그러나 1963년 미국 대통령 고 John F. Kennedy가 암살 당하면서, 미국평화자원봉사단 활동의 완전한 목표를 이루지 못하여, 그 법안의 실행과 임무 계승은 그 법을 구성하고 입안한 Robert L. Leggett 박사에게 넘겨졌다.
이에 Robert L. Leggett 박사 (1997년 작고)는 1981년 미국 대통령 Ronald Reagan의 취임식에서 Han, Min Su 박사 (2019년 작고)와 만나 상호 존중하는 관계로 발전시키고, 다시 오랜 준비후 1989년 11월 22일에 평화자원봉사단 (Peace Corps Volunteer Service Inc.)의 이념과 실행방안 배경적 전승을 세계평화군단 운동 (World Peace Corps Movement)으로 개편한 세계평화군단사관학교 (World Peace Corps Academy: WPCA)를 설립하고 미국 워싱턴 D.C. 정부에 비영리 기관으로 세금 면제 특권을 가진 비영리 교육기관으로 등록시키고 그는 초대 학장이 되었다.
또한 그는 세계평화군단사관학교 (World Peace Corps Academy: WPCA)를 미국 평화자원봉사단 본부(Peace Corps Volunteer Service Inc. in United States of America)와 절대 불가분의 관계를 위한 진력과 세계 전역에 세계평화 군단사관 학교 (World Peace Corps Academy: WPCA)가 많이 개설될수 있도록 노력하였다. 그리고 세계평화봉사단(World Peace Corps Mission: WPCM)은 워싱턴 D.C. 정부로부터 지속적으로 우수한 지위로 인증받고 있다.
위와같은 설립자들의 역사적인 유업을 이어받은 세계적인 성서 신학자 Ezra HS., Kyung 박사는 2011년 4월 18일에 세계평화군단사관학교 (World Peace Corps Academy, USA: WPCA)를 사단법인 세계평화군단사관 학교-메가버시티 (World Peace Corps Academy-Megaversity Inc., Korea: WPCAM)로 확장하여 대한민국과 미합중국 워싱턴 D.C. 주정부 비영리 기관으로 세금 면제 특권을 가진 비영리 교육기관으로 등록시키고 법인 이사장으로서 총장이 되었다.
또한 그는 2024년 미국과 한국 양국에 등록된 세계평화군단사관 학교-메가버시티 (World Peace Corps Academy-Megaversity Inc., USA & Korea)를 2023년 미국 워싱턴 DC의 세계평화재단 (World Peace Corps Foundation, USA: WPCF)안에 두었다.
